Refund and Return Policies

We want you to love your purchase! Please review our policy below before submitting a return request.

Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Approved returns will be issued as store credit unless otherwise stated.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale, clearance, or close-out items

  • Pajamas, accessories, earrings, or intimates

Refunds

  • Refunds are not offered unless an item is damaged or incorrect due to our error.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

Shipping

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

How to Start a Return

Please contact us using the information on our Contact Page with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
